Desert MLS Listings ~ How to Search Tom Sullivan's Desert Area MLS Window

|
- you must check/select a "Property Type" (usually Residential), then (not required) you can select "Property Subtype(s)" (usually "Single Fam Res Detch")
- you do NOT have to select entire "Cities" which would usually result in too broad of a search
- if you want to select "Subdivisions" (Country Clubs, etc.), first select only one of the "Areas"
- my clients' popular "Areas" are 313 for La Quinta South, 322,323 & 324 for Palm Desert and 325 for Indian Wells (click "Select Areas" for entire list)
- only 50 listings are allowed per search; if you get an error, narrow by limiting areas, price, etc.
